An arena behind New York-New York, reached on foot through The Park, an outdoor strip of patios and bars that runs between New York-New York and Park MGM to the plaza outside the arena’s main doors.

Most Golden Knights home games start at 7 p.m. Pacific, many on weeknights, others at 6, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m., and four day games that start between noon and 4 p.m., so check your game’s start time. The arena’s guide publishes no doors-open time for Golden Knights games; for recent home openers the team opened doors 90 minutes before puck drop, so check your game. There’s no re-entry. No bags or backpacks except small personal bags up to 9 × 5 × 2 inches; they don’t need to be clear. Binbox lockers on Toshiba Plaza by the Allegiant Stage check bags from $20 a bag, cashless and non-refundable. They open with the doors and close 45 minutes after the event.

Doors, tickets and re-entry — Golden Knights

Door times vary by event. The arena’s guide gives only the concert figure, generally 60 minutes before; for recent home openers the Golden Knights opened doors 90 minutes before puck drop, so check your game. Digital tickets are through AXS in the T-Mobile Arena app, and the box office generally opens at 2 p.m. on event days, though hours may vary. There’s no re-entry. For Golden Knights games, children 24 months and under don’t need a ticket if they sit on a ticketed adult’s lap or in their seat.

Prepay for the Park MGM, New York-New York or ARIA garage online, up to 7 hours before the game; it can’t be bought on site that night. Passes are non-refundable, payment is cashless, and the arena doesn’t publish the price.

Rideshare drop-off is at the ground level of the New York-New York parking garage. After the game, pick-up is at New York-New York or Park MGM. ADA drop-off is at the East Suite Entrance, entered from Tropicana through the New York-New York garage.

Game Day Express and the Monorail

RTC’s Game Day Express, which the arena’s directions page still calls VGK Express with four routes, runs six routes for the 2026–27 season from Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Santa Fe Station, Sam’s Town, Aliante and M Resort, for $2 each way or $4 round trip. Buses stop on Frank Sinatra Drive just north of the Excalibur parking garage; the first leaves two hours before game time, and return buses start about 20 minutes after the game. The arena also points to the Las Vegas Monorail but names no station. The nearest is MGM Grand Station, the line’s southern end, inside MGM Grand, which the arena lists as a 10-minute walk. A single ride is $6 ($5.50 as an eTicket), and a 1-day pass is $15 ($13.45 as an eTicket).

Strollers aren’t allowed in the seating sections; check them at Guest Services on the Main Concourse outside Section 17 or on the Upper Concourse by Section 216. Accessible seating is on every level. Guest Services near Section 13 lends free assistive-listening headsets for an ID deposit, and sensory kits can be checked out at Guest Services.

Can I walk to T-Mobile Arena from the Strip?

Yes. The arena lists New York-New York and Park MGM as 5-minute walks, ARIA and MGM Grand as 10 minutes, and Excalibur and The Cosmopolitan as 15 minutes. The Park joins New York-New York and Park MGM to the plaza outside the main doors.

Where do rideshares drop off and pick up?

Drop-off is at the ground level of the New York-New York parking garage. After the game, pick-up is at New York-New York or Park MGM.

Can I park at the arena?

Yes, in the Park MGM, New York-New York or ARIA garages with Reserved Event Parking bought online up to 7 hours before the game. It can’t be bought on site that night, it’s non-refundable, and the price isn’t published.

When do doors open for Golden Knights games?

The arena says door times vary by event and gives only the concert figure, generally 60 minutes before. For recent home openers the Golden Knights opened doors 90 minutes before puck drop. Check your ticket, or call the box office at (702) 692-1616.

Does the Monorail go to the arena?

The arena lists the Las Vegas Monorail as a way to get there but doesn’t name a station. The nearest is MGM Grand Station, the line’s southern end, inside MGM Grand, which the arena lists as a 10-minute walk.
