All bags, including diaper bags, must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches. Bags with medical devices and supplies, including breast pumps, are exempt but screened. There’s no bag storage at the stadium.

Gates open two hours before kickoff, and all four gates are accessible. There’s no re-entry. Alcohol sales end by the end of the third quarter outside the clubs and suites, and you can buy at most two drinks per visit with photo ID.

Tickets are mobile, in the Colts app or Ticketmaster app, and the barcode rotates, so a screenshot won’t scan. Children 24 months or younger don’t need a ticket but must sit on a guardian’s lap. Compact umbrella strollers are allowed and can be checked at Guest Services.

Uber and Lyft pick up at the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage. Taxis wait at the lower-level curb outside Baggage Claim, with a $15 minimum fare. IndyGo Route 8 (Washington) also serves the airport.
