No. It is in Miami Gardens. A Hollywood Beach or Aventura stay needs a separate stadium journey.

Can I use an old shuttle announcement?

Use the transportation information attached to your actual Dolphins game. Preseason, college-football and prior-season shuttle announcements do not establish service for your date.
