The city page says St Johns River Park gives access to the Southbank Riverwalk, which opened in 1985. The water taxi says the DoubleTree dock is a five-minute walk along the river from the Southbank Hotel and Friendship Fountain.

The walk is along an open riverfront; bring water on a hot afternoon. Distances aren’t published.

Getting back: The postgame rideshare pickup is on Beaver Street near Lot Z, by A. Philip Randolph Boulevard. Leave through the west side; if you’re seated on the east side, cross on the main concourse and go out by the Grand Staircases or Ramp 2. Taxis wait at Lot Z.

A smaller stadium in 2026

EverBank Stadium is being rebuilt while games go on this season. Capacity is 42,465, the upper decks, North End Zone deck and Sky Patio are closed, and there’s no box office on game day. Two of the Jaguars’ home games are in London, so six regular-season games are played in Jacksonville.

Every person needs a ticket, whatever their age. For children up to 23 months, call the ticket office at (904) 633-2000 about a lap pass before the game. Tickets are mobile only; printed tickets aren’t accepted.

The Jaguars ask fans not to bring bags. Allowed: a clear bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic bag, or a clutch up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches. Umbrellas, chairs, strollers and infant carriers are not allowed. Small lockers are at Gate 1.

Can I walk to the stadium from downtown?

The Hyatt is about a mile west of the stadium in a straight line, but the Jaguars publish no walking route. The water taxi from the Hyatt dock and JTA Gameday Xpress are the published ways in.

Where do I get a rideshare after the game?

On Beaver Street near Lot Z, by A. Philip Randolph Boulevard. Leave through the west side of the stadium (Gate 1 or the Gallagher West Club gate).

Is the stadium open during the renovation?

Yes. The Jaguars play at EverBank Stadium in 2026 at reduced capacity, with the upper decks closed. In 2027 they play their home games away from Jacksonville.

Can I tailgate?

Tailgating is allowed in the parking lots around the stadium, but not in any garage. Grills must be contained and open fires aren’t allowed.
