Hotels near Rogers Place

Stay at the JW Marriott, which the ICE District says is connected to Rogers Place, and walk straight to the game.

Walk from the JW Marriott across ICE District Plaza, west of the hotel, or through the hotel’s connection to Rogers Place.

After the game

Walk back the same way with the crowd.

The tradeoff

There’s one hotel here, and its parking, fees and breakfast couldn’t be confirmed on its own site, so check them when you book.

Stay in one of the downtown hotels above the North Saskatchewan River valley and ride the LRT or a rideshare to the arena.

Take a rideshare to the drop-off locations the arena maps, or ride the Metro Line to MacEwan station, by the arena’s north side.

After the game

Take a taxi from the stand on the west side of 104 Street, south of 104 Avenue, request a rideshare from a pickup location on the arena’s map, or ride the LRT back.

The tradeoff

These hotels are a ride or a longer walk from the arena. None publishes a parking rate; the Fairmont and Chateau Lacombe say parking costs extra.

Stay in Old Strathcona, with Whyte Avenue’s restaurants and shops outside the door, and ride to the game.
