Yes. Ride the Red, Blue or Green line to Tower City and walk the enclosed walkway to the arena lobby; for Cavaliers games it opens four hours before tip-off. RTA says Red and Blue line service runs until after midnight, and the last eastbound Green Line train leaves Tower City at midnight.
