Buses and the streetcar

A 2024 MCTS post lists eight routes within a short walk of the arena: 12, 19, 30, 31, 33, 34, 80 and the CONNECT 1 line, at $2.75 a ride. The Hop streetcar is free and runs until midnight Monday to Saturday and 10 p.m. on Sunday, but no official source names its nearest stop to the arena, so check the Hop’s route map before you count on it.

Free wheelchair transport runs inside the arena from the entrances to your seat, first come, first served; there’s no wheelchair rental for the whole event. Two sensory rooms are available through Guest Services. Request an ASL interpreter at least two weeks ahead at (414) 227-0504.

MCTS Route 80 leaves from the airport’s Ticketing curb near the American/United entrance and runs downtown. The taxi pickup station is outside Baggage Claim 3, and Uber and Lyft riders follow the signs near Carousel 2.

Can I bring a backpack to Fiserv Forum?

No. Backpacks, large duffels and luggage aren’t allowed. Bags smaller than 10 × 6 × 2 inches, or clear bags smaller than 14 × 14 × 6 inches, can use any entrance; bags that aren’t clear and fall between those sizes go through X-ray screening.

When do doors open for a Bucks game?

Arena doors typically open 60 minutes before the scheduled tip-off for Bucks games.

Can I leave and come back in?

No. Once your ticket is scanned, you can’t re-enter without an unused ticket. The arena says exceptions may be made in certain circumstances; ask Fiserv Forum security or management before you leave.

Can I pay cash at the arena?

No. Fiserv Forum is cashless. Cash-to-card exchanges are on the Event Level, the Main Concourse at Sections 104 and 119, and the Upper Concourse at Section 219.

Where do rideshares pick up after the game?

On Juneau Avenue. Lyft is the official rideshare partner of the Bucks and Fiserv Forum.
