The tradeoff
Parking and breakfast details were confirmed for only one downtown hotel here, TRYP, which lists paid parking without a rate. Hobby’s and Black Swan close by mid-afternoon, so plan dinner around restaurant hours.
A Jewish deli run by the Brummer family since 1962, which the site says has been in downtown Newark for more than 100 years. Go for lunch before an afternoon puck drop or the day before a night game.
