A 205-room hotel inside the LECOM HARBORCENTER complex, which its builder describes as adjacent to KeyBank Center, with Southern Tier Brewing in the same complex.

From downtown on Metro RailDowntown and the Theatre Districttransit
Getting there
Ride NFTA Metro Rail from Lafayette or Fountain Plaza station to Canalside station, which NFTA lists for KeyBank Center. A single ride is $2 for ages 10–64; under 10 ride free.
Getting back
Board at Canalside station for the ride back north.
Metro Rail is single-tracking between Church and Canalside stations: trains should come every 20 minutes, and at Church, Seneca and Canalside you board from the outbound platform (toward University). If you use a mobility device, NFTA says to ride outbound from Lafayette or Fountain Plaza and move to the last car of an inbound train at Allen station, or take the Route 8 bus. Check NFTA’s page for your date and the last train.
Drive in and park at the arenaBUF airport and Amherstdrive
Getting there
Drive downtown to a spot you booked ahead in the KeyBank Center ramp, the LECOM Harborcenter ramp or a KeyBank Center surface lot. The arena books its parking through JustPark and strongly recommends pre-booking.
Getting back
Walk back to your ramp or lot and drive back.
Parking is cashless. On-site payment may be available but isn’t guaranteed, because lots can fill on event days. Neither the arena nor JustPark publishes a price on its parking page.
By Uber, with the Uber Zone for the ride backBUF airport and Amherstrideshare
Getting there
Book a ride downtown to KeyBank Center.
Getting back
Leave through the center exit doors at Perry Street and take Washington Street to the Uber Zone on Scott Street, between Washington Street and Michigan Avenue.
The zone comes from Uber’s own post about the arena, published in 2017, so confirm the pickup spot in the app on game night. No Lyft zone is published. Prices and waits after the game are set by the app.
