Sleep a short walk from the Linc, next to the Phillies’ ballpark and the arena.

To the stadium: Walk from your hotel toward the gate on your ticket. The Pepsi Plaza at the north end of the stadium generally opens three hours before an Eagles game.
After the game: Walk back to the hotel with the crowd leaving the complex. Police direct postgame traffic, so crossings can be slow.
The tradeoff: Few hotels and little to do away from the stadiums. Center City is a subway ride north.

Center CityFood, a night out and a car-free game day

Stay in the middle of the city, with restaurants, bars and the Broad Street subway on your doorstep.

To the stadium: Walk to City Hall or Walnut-Locust station and take a southbound B train to NRG Station. On game days SEPTA adds Sports Express trains.
After the game: Board a northbound B train at NRG Station, next to the stadium at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. Expect lines on the platform after the game.
The tradeoff: The stadium is a subway ride south. Trains are crowded before and after games.

Old City / FishtownHistory the day before and an evening out

Stay among the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the bars and restaurants of Old City and Fishtown.

To the stadium: Board a westbound L train, change to a southbound B train at 15th St/City Hall, and ride to NRG Station.
After the game: Ride the B north to City Hall, change to an eastbound L train, and get off at the stop nearest your hotel.
The tradeoff: Getting to the Linc takes two trains: the Market-Frankford Line (the L) to 15th Street, then the Broad Street Line south.

Airport / EssingtonFly-in, fly-out trips

A practical base near Philadelphia International Airport, a short drive from the stadium.

To the stadium: Drive to the Sports Complex lots, which generally open four and a half hours before kickoff, or take a rideshare to Broad and Pattison.
After the game: Walk back to your lot and follow the police traffic pattern out, or meet your rideshare at the northeast corner of Broad and Pattison.
The tradeoff: Not a walkable area for food or nightlife, and no rail link to the stadium from the hotel.

Getting there: Walk from Live! Hotel toward the stadium; the hotel puts it about 15 minutes away on foot. Follow stadium signs to the gate on your ticket. Inner gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
Getting back: Walk back through the complex with the crowd. Police direct postgame traffic out of the lots, so expect waits at crossings.

The 15-minute figure is the hotel’s. Crowds, security lines and lot traffic can slow it on game day.

Getting there: Take SEPTA’s Broad Street Line (the B) south from City Hall or Walnut-Locust to NRG Station, the last stop. On game days, B2 Sports Express trains make select stops to Walnut-Locust, then run straight to NRG. Bus and Metro fare is $2.90; contactless cards and SEPTA Key are accepted.
Getting back: Board a northbound B train at NRG Station, next to the stadium at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. The stadium says trains are scheduled to leave shortly after the game ends.

If a game runs past midnight, shuttle buses on Broad Street replace the subway. The stadium’s page still calls the station Pattison Avenue; SEPTA calls it NRG Station. Check SEPTA’s notice for your game.

Getting there: Take the Market-Frankford Line (the L) west to 15th St/City Hall, change for free to a southbound Broad Street Line (B) train, and ride to NRG Station.
Getting back: Ride the B north to City Hall, change to an eastbound L train, and get off at the stop nearest your hotel.

Two trains each way. After a game past midnight, Broad Street shuttle buses replace the subway, so allow extra time to connect.

Getting there: Drive to the Sports Complex lots, which generally open four and a half hours before kickoff. The Eagles game rate is $50 for a regular vehicle and $100 for an oversized one. Reserved lots are subject to vehicle inspection.
Getting back: Walk back to your lot. Philadelphia Police direct traffic out of each lot, which may send you a different way than you came.

No tailgating in the lots north of Pattison Avenue and west of Darien Street (Lots Q–W and the lot near the training complex).

The location page lists two sets of hours, told apart only by icons: Sun–Thu 11 a.m.–midnight and 11 a.m.–1 a.m.; Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–1 a.m. and 11 a.m.–2 a.m. Game-day tables are sold as reservations with a per-person credit; bar seats and standing room are first come, first served.
